A query will need to be created to identify the appropriate records to pull into Impact from Raiser’s Edge and link them to the correct endowment. The records that should be pulled are any constituent/donor that has a relationship with an endowment fund. To pull these records, you will need to create two queries.
Note: Your Raiser's Edge fields may use different wording for these fields - please use these queries simply as a guide to identify the fields that should be pulled for Impact integration.
Query #1: Donors to endowment funds
Step 1: Log into Raiser's Edge database view
Step 2: Create a gift query
Step 3: Add Criteria
Under Criteria select Fund Attribute, select “equals”, and enter value “Fundriver GLID”. Select OK.
Step 4: Add Output fields
- Under output, select the following fields:
- Constituent ID
