Stewardees that should integrate with Fundriver Impact are identified through the addition of an attribute (or Custom field, in Raiser's Edge NXT) in Raiser's Edge database view (for directions on how to do this, please see the article titled "Setting up Constituents to Integrate from RE NXT to Fundriver Impact").
By adding this attribute to a constituent record in Raiser's Edge, multiple fields will be pulled over to Impact. The fields that will be visible in Impact database are:
- Constituent ID
- Preferred Name
- Address Lines
- Addressee
- Salutation
- Email address
- Assigned Solicitor
Additional fields will also pull from the Raiser's Edge record, but will not be displayed in the Impact record. This information will be used to sort and filter the data. The fields that will not be visible in the database are:
- Last Name
- Middle Name
- First Name
- Suffix
- Suffix 2
- Title
- Title 2
- Type
- Last Sync Date
- City
- State
- Country
- Zip Code
- Deceased
- Gender
- Gives Anonymously
- Inactive
- Lookup ID
