You could be locked out for a few different reasons:

  1. You may have been locked out due to too many unsuccessful login attempts. User accounts are disabled after three unsuccessful log-in attempts. Reach out to Support to get logged in.
  2. Effective 4/6/23, EverTrue began locking accounts that had invoices 90 days overdue. 

What does that mean for you? If invoices are 90 days or more past due, users will not be able to log into any of the EverTrue products, including Fundriver Balance and Impact.
