If the nightly refresh from RENXT to Impact fails, it is likely the connection was lost. This sometimes happens if permissions of an RENXT user have changed 


To reauthorize the API connection for Impact, please follow the following steps:

  1. Log in to Impact and navigate to the Administration tab on the left.
  2. Click Data Integration & Import
  3. Click the Reauthorize API button. Blackbaud's site will open in a new tab.
  4. Log in to Blackbaud/RENXT.
  5. Open up RENXT and go the Marketplace tab
  6. Under the Marketplace tab choose Manage
  7. Under Manage, select the Connect App button and then copy/paste our application ID to find Impact. Please contact Impact support to receive the application ID. 
  8. Then once you find the application select the Connect button
