A. Impact will just need the Endowment Funds that have a constituent(s) tied to them.  If a Fund is not being stewarded, it will pull into Impact from Balance but show zero constituents. Funds with zero constituents cannot have reports created for them. Impact is set up to only create reports for funds that have at least one constituent associated with it.
