If you log in to Impact and see a red notice across the top of the screen, it means either Blackbaud (Raiser's Edge/NXT) or Balance (or both) have failed to complete their nightly refresh with Impact.


If the notice is regarding Blackbaud, this just means that for some reason, the authorization between Blackbaud and Impact needs to be redone. This might happen if someone's Blackbaud permissions changed at your organization. If the notice is regarding Balance, please reach out to Impact support by clicking the Support button on the bottom left of the screen. We will be able to fix the connection.
